Our goal at Ovierre Industries is to make it easy for you to brand your business. The policies below detail our commitment to making sure you get the signage that's right for you.

Custom Sign Return & Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns for and refund signs that have been customized. However, if your custom sign arrived with something amiss, please email us at hello@ovierre.com within 60 days of receiving your sign so we can correct the error.

If you have ordered a custom sign and have not specified the customization you’d like, we will keep your order open for 60 days before closing it. To re-open your order, we require that you pay the cost of shipping for your item.

If you request a refund before submitting customization files and details and before your order is closed, we will process your refund within three business days. Orders whose customizations aren’t finalized are ineligible for refund once we have begun production on the sign or once 60 days have passed from the order placement. 

Sign Blank & Generic Sign Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for sign blanks and generic signs (non-customized signs, such as our open/closed flags) for store credit or product exchange within 60 days of purchase.

Returned items must be received in un-used, new condition and in the original packaging. All returns will be inspected by our staff and store credit/exchanges will be issued upon approval of the returned item’s condition.

Items Damaged in Shipping

If your package was damaged in shipping, please keep all packaging and send photos of the packaging and damaged items to our staff at hello@ovierre.com. We always insure our packages, and will submit a damage claim for the sign while we re-issue your order. 

In some cases, it may be necessary for UPS or other shipping carriers to inspect damaged packaging. In order to re-issue your order, we’ll need you to cooperate with the carrier’s insurance claim requirements.
