How heavy are these?
Our mirrored acrylic sidewalk signs run about 26 pounds each. They’re heavy enough to stay put on a nice day, but light enough to be moved in and out each day. If you live in a windy area, you’ll want to consider some sandbags.
Any tips for the care and feeding of my sidewalk sign?
Your sidewalk sign will thank you for bringing it inside each night and whenever it’s accumulating snow or rain. Mirrored acrylic can get scratched, so take care to not bump it as you move it around each day.
Can I write on the acrylic with a dry erase marker?
The acrylic will allow you to write and erase, however you’ll probably see some ‘ghosting’ or leftover text on the acrylic over time. We don’t recommend it.
